my car has a smart-lock key, barrel, and door locks but no remote build september 92.
does it have smart-lock?
where is the smaret lock module (what colour)?
anything?

sounds like it dosent have smart lock.

the keys, barrel and door locks are all the same for cars with Tibbe locks, smartlock or not.

Does it have a smartlock light?

Smartlock hit the entire Falcon/Fairmont/Fairlane/LTD range in the middle of October 1992 (just in time for the release of the EBII GT).

The Tibbe locks you speak of hit the range for the 30th anniversary EA (basically the series 2). Nothing to do with Smartlock.

Short answer; NO, yours won't have Smartlock.
