yes ive seen them advertised awhile ago, were on an XE

They have the exact same centres as the EF/EL (larger holes)...... they were described as being from an american Ford

Not that it helps much, but yes they do exist....... but not in that ebay ad !!

nah crown victoria or something i cant remember, but anyway im nearly sure that these are the same wheels im talking about as the early explorers had a +12mm offset which will fit the eseries.

this ad doesnt mention the offset, however you can see that the centre sinks into the middle rather than sitting outwards like AU's and FWD cars

yeah altough the whol au series utes were all over the shop, I got suprised by this when I bought a mid what should have been well and truely s2 I think 00 au "1" ute, with 15" chasers and and all the upgrades for s2 including the bigger brakes whuch I was under the impression didn't fit previously.

I believe they look just like au ba steelies yes the center looks sunk, but have a look at au 15's and 16's on the 15's the center is welded well out further forward, yet on the 15's the sunk back, and use a 6 1/2" band.

very similair look as when ou get a commowhore IRS wheel compared to a standard one.

I would be suprised, it'd make sense, heck things like tank fairlanes came out 14" in the us but in aus we got 15" considering most aussie cars at that time ran 13's, wouldn't be surprised, even na fairlane got a 15" blank looking steel rim, so there's a lot of wheels your unlikely to no of floating around, saw my first one the other day.
admittedly I've never seen one yet, and I've seen a lot of different wheels in the last couple months.

they could be new but custom rims, bought them got them modified and recoated as new, or bought them already modified.
