hey guys.

like many EA/EB owners, i suffer from the dreaded whistle from the side mirrors, one of the most annoying design faults ever i think.

can this be stopped using my current mirrors, or should i put ED/EF/EL mirrors on it, and will they fit?

Door handles are a straight swap, mirrors I think need a few holes drilled and the wiring hacked up :)

EF/EL mirrors will go straight on to an EA with the exception of the front mounting hole, a new one will need to be drilled.
The wiring is the same but the plug is differant. the plug will need to be removed from the ea mirror a installed on the new EF mirror.
You will be left with a large gap on the outside unless you replace the weather strip on the door (at base of window) for a EF/EL one.
