how easy will it be to put an EDXR6 grill onto EB? when i went to ford i checked it out and it all seemes to fit p[retty snug. the only thing is that the ED have actual Twin lights as well, these being $570 a peice ontop of the grill i thought i check and see if there was an easyier way, like just gettin' the round glass for the holes and butchering the original EB lights.

and would i for example (while back there was thread on EA with ED grill and BA headlights.) woudl i beable to but BA lights in instead?

the assembly definetly aint a 1 peice unit. to buy the whole conversion from ford you are looking at around $1500.

headlights as mentioned
grille around $300
indicators about $90 each
then you need the looms $$?
and associated bractets are about $15 each. you need 2 of them.

once youve got all the parts it is very straight forward to put in.

Today I went to ford to get a quote $1703.69/trade & $1874.05/inc tax,
after that you will still have to paint the front end so $2000 easy and I put the part numbers on the data base  and insurance is paying for my front end so I feel sorry for the people who will go & attempt this MOD and if you do it tell the insurance company about it.

this is the exact reason insurance wrote off my EA, couldnt find the parts secondhand and the front new was worth more than the car...LOL.
