do you guys know if i can get a spoiler for the rear door of an ED wagon? only reason i want one is i do a lot of dirt road driving and the dust swirls and settles on the rear window. i figure with a spoiler ill change the turbulent field behind the car and the dust shouldn't settle.

any idea of where to get em, how much and if it's an easy mod to do???

thanks

I cannot remember where we got it from, but when we had our EFII olympic classic it had a dust deflector on the back which worked pretty good. It also looked pretty good too. I doubt they'd cost much, but iirc we got it from ford.
It was like a translucent black spoiler, i'm sorry i can't find any pictures of one for you.

EF XR Wagons have a rear lip, but there are also plastic/perspex type dust deflectors. I had one on my wagon when I bought it, but ripped it off within 15 minutes of getting the car home :)

ED XR6 wagons also had a spoiler.

I don't know if XR6WGN is still around, but this is his wagons spoiler.

No idea where I got this one from? I think it maybe from a spoiler company?

the dust deflectors & spoilers are 2 different things i believe - contact bob hall at canberra car styling - he should be able to help you out with that kinda thing - pretty sure he sells them

You are basically right, but the spoiler will defect the dust too, and it ain't bloody ugly like the proper dust deflector.

Yep, Canberra Car Styling, last time Bob said it was $240 for one of those...

So yeah, can't remember if it was with/without the 10% Discount.

Cheers

There you go, that is where I got that picture  I should have saved it stating it was Canberra car styling, I had no idea where I would have had to go to get it.
