im thinking about getting an ed xr front for my eb xr6. i can get the grill for $170 with out the head lights. my concern is that most front end conversions get sold as a kit.

a- is $170 a good price for a grill in reasonable condition
b- should i look for a full kit instead of buying bits and pieces seperatley

I would be looking for the Full kit not just the grill because alot of people will sell it all as a kit and then you have blown $170 !

If you can get it as a kit and you're happy with the price, do so.

The ED XR headlights have a list price 610.22 for each side. Over a grand for two headlights isn't something I'd be all that willing to pay.
