I have looked around so many web sites and can only find this type of clear tail lights for ef/el falcons are they the only ones out there >?<

i have a el xr6 and i want to get some nice clear tail light but i can only find the atezza ones no other type.

A nice clear tail light .... sounds like an oxymoron!

I have those same ones on the EL...
undecided if I prefer them to the EF lights.

Those are illegal as far as I know...well in Victoria anyway. They don't have red reflectors on them.
They don't make clear tail lights for the EF/ELs because the stock ones already look good as they are. The only other person who has different tail lights that actually look good is MRE-50L. He made them himself and it looks good on the gun metal grey coloured car. Have a look in the garage section for his build up.

its a grey area but yes they are illegal ( in sa they are deffs) i asked cops when they were at my school

The law in most states is that you need 2 ADR approved red reflectors on the back of your car.
If clear taillights were illegal regardless, the 2009 Mazda 3's are all illegal as they have the red reflectors on the back bumper and clear lights.. so does one of the newish commodores and several other models. I went and bought two ADR approved reflectors from supacheap and put them on the bumper until I do my graft job with a BA XR bumper lower at which time I'll embed some mazda 3 bumper reflectors into the bar. cheers Frnak |

Do the ones you bought from Autobarn look the same as the ones from the ebay link? If it's altezza lights with the red reflectors, then they are legal, if it's the plain white ones without red reflectors, then they are considered illegal.
