this might seem like a stupid Q...but
i have two el doors (passenger) that are going on my ef falcon. the el passenger front door doesnt have a key hole (which i think is better). would my ef's smartlock chuck a hissyfit if i dont use a lock on the passenger side? because the ef's have a lock there. i know possibly a stupid question, but better to know than not to know. |

I am pretty sure that it is not a problem. I think you just have to remove the rod that is attached to the door handle from the mechanism.

I dont believe so.If you remove the key barrel and sniper rod you should be fine to swap the door handles and interior panels if thats what you want.

thanks, its just the EF haldel died in the bingle, and i have a spare EL one.

it will no worries.. make sure u remove the lock rod that runs up to the key hole too, or it will rattle.. but if your using an entire EL door it wont be there anyway
