Does anyone know if i could maybe get EF/EL rear door handles on my XH ute? Im thinking rear door handles because they dont have locks. My car currantly has the old crappy XF style metal ones. Im hoping if its possible to get these other handles to work they will cover the holes for the XF ones.

Any help would be much appreciated

its a possibility.... i *think* ford changed to the later style locks with the late XG/XH's, and i know they changed the door handles slightly as well, the XD-XF type pulled the rod up, the XG-XH type pushed the rod down (if that makes sense)

when i said locks, i meant the actual mechanisim inside the door, not the bit you put your key into

There is a red XH in Adelaide with EL handles. They work very smoothly. It can be done.

While you have the doors apart it'd be a good time to fit some XH mirrors too ;)

Its an XH so it already has XH mirrors lol. If you were looking at the XE part i wrote, i meant the shell is half XE being the back end of the pano
