Post subject: EF-EL FALCON XR6-8 front indicators.

My front indicators are damaged on on EF XR6 and i need a new set.
Will the standard falcon ones fit? OR only the XR6,8 EF-EL fit?

OR Does any one have any for sale? As i cannot find any locally.

Standard EF/EL ones will not fit. One of the corners is square and will not fit onto the XR bar.
These are expensive mate. $400ish i think.

The wrekers say they sell them for around 30-40 bucks when they get them.

Anyone got any second hand xr6-8 ones for sale?

30 for std ones....only an idiot would sell xr6 indicators for the same price as std ones

Mate if you can get them at a wrecker for that, jump on them, you wont do much better than that. Normally I see them go for more like 100+ second hand.

I have a question, I don't own a EF/EL but why can't you just get aftermarket XR6 Indicator's??? wouldn't that work out better and cheaper? Why do EF/EL XR6 Indicator's have that much difference in price compared to ED XR6 ones??? Enlighten me someone.

AFAIK no one makes aftermarket EF/EL XR indicators - the only option is 2nd hand units, or get your existing ones repaired.

there is no after market front end parts for the ed - el xr's. no one does the nose cones, headlights or indicators. that's why 2nd hand parts always sell for so much
