open door..
use 1 medium screw driver to undue the screw holding the plastic inner triangular shaped cover from the corner of the window... should reveal another 3 screws... -pretty easy to get at... one you have undone those 3 carefully support the mirror while undoing the wiring harness... -done!... can be done in as little as 2 mins each side... |

The third is hidden behind the metal frame...I believe the access hole to this third screw is covered by a piece of foam if it hasn't been removed before. phong =P~

I had to remove my mirror the other day after somebody decided to walk down the street and smash everyones mirrors. As stated before you have to remove the triangular bit and the door trim to reveal the other screw, it took me about 10mins. Very easy to do.
