Hey, I'm just wondering if the Big rear spoiler that's fitted to some XR8's etc bolts up the same as the smaller spoiler that is fitted to some normal EL's that have a rear spoiler; pics of both types are below:

Same bolt up.
Larger XR8 Spoiler was nicknamed the "sharkfin". |

Alright sweet - good to know they bolt up the same - I've got one of the "sharkfin" type ones I'll probably use it they are good.

same outside holes but you will have to drill another hole for the centre one which is spaced further apart on the shark fin.

The Sharkfin was also available on the Six's as an option with the Tickford Kit, Wasn't just available on Eights,

Was an option on the EL XR8 (series II, I believe), and of course Ford being Ford, would option it on anything if you paid extra. |

does any1 in adelaide have the led bar for that spoiler in adelaide? some bloke sold me 1 from a different model and its tiny compared to busted 1 i had.

Can you remove the old one, rip the LED lights out of it and replace it with a strip of LEDs? Something like this: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/8x-Red-15-L ...
