just wondering how hard it is to remove a fairmont bootspear and numberplate surround as i have brought a new bootlid without a spoiler and want to add take them from my old boot and add them to my new boot.

boot spear 5, (8 or 10mm) nuts along te back.

Numberplate surround take the plate off, then 4 (10 or 12mm) nuts and pushes in the tags on the lugs that the screws go through.

mounting on new lid, drill 5 holes for the bootspear, just matter of lineing them up

numberplate surround you can dodgy it but to do it properly you'll need to make 4 rectangular cutouts.
