ive been wanting to take of the ugly grill of the fairmont and replace it with mesh or some type of metal, is it possible? and do youse rekon it will look good?

hey mate im in the middle of doing the same thing but i have a EL grill with the chrome on the outer, and have put mesh in the middle with a ford badge on it. looks really good.

but i have the BA bumper on mt EL fairmont, so it suits its well.

im thinking of leaving the ford badge off, make it look a little different.

it looks shi*t without something on there, i was thinking of puttign the tickfrod badge on. little bit smaller but still looks good.

EF grill looks s**t, wtf are you on? lol. I think it's a good grill, ofcourse mesh would looks sweet sitting in there though, but it ain't s**t as is.

I love my Fairmont front that much that I recently decided against the XR conversion! :P

I love my grille, moreso than (I think!) an XR front on it.

what he said, i love the EF fairmont grill. I think its the best grill on the high series bonnet apart from the FBT grill.
