hello i have a ef xr6 and need to remove the front bumper to fit my hids dose anyone know how thay come of?

buy a manual, a worthy investment, will hopefully also brush you up on your grammar.

2 bolts near the indicators in the gaurd
two screws at the back of the gaurd
then 15mm nut 2 each side on the chassie rail you will need to be lying on the ground and reaching up to get theses,
and i think xr's and glis have 2 screws in the middle at the top of the bar not too sure
