on the drivers side of my rear bumper its dropped or something and ive noticed it with alot of ef/el rear bumpers, how do i get to the bolts etc to fix it??

There are 4 bolts inside the boot, covered by rubber plugs as well as a 6mm bolt at the rear of your rear guard. You will find that the plastic clip has broken. You "may" still be able to get some from Ford, I was a couple of years ago.
