Hey all, just a thought.. was thinking about buying another bonet for my xr and smoothing the edges of the scoops so that only the actual vents are visible and not the outline of the scoop! not sure how it will look.. has anyone done this yet??

Ah to save f**k genuine bonnet? do you think geting the vents in the right place on a gli bonnet to start would be hard?

Yeah I personally prefer the el vents, but it's very much opinion as for every body 1 I knows that said they like the el vent, theirs been 1 to say they prefer ef vents.

Yeah it maybe a bit difficult but yeah I'd be inclined to make a large template off the old bonnet I reckon that wouldn't be to bad to do, might be handy to have second set of hands.
and yeah exactly xr bonnets are hard as f**k to source.
In my opinion maybe cut the holes a hare narrower and the massage the panel a fraction.

but I'll definitely love to see this in person, as It'd be hard to tell from a photo how good/bad it looks, well maybe bad.
