Man they are some dirty len's. Mine are like the indicators. I tell you what i think even the photos of when the look clean are crap. Relating to hyene's photos.
Anyway not to complain does headlight protectors stop them getting yellow?

Finally found a shop near me that stocks 2000 grit wet and dry. Started off with some 1200 with soapy water and once the cloudyness had cleared up, I hit them with the 2000 for a while. Dryed them and then polished up with some turtle wax. Has mad a huge difference. If you look REALLY close there are some small scratches that could be removed with more time. But stand back and they look nearly new.

Ugly Igley, i followed your guide today... got the 4 sand papers and used liquid soap instead of detergent.

I used turtle wax cut and polish ($6.99 at super cheap ) and sand paper at $1 a sheet....

total cost = $11, best $11 i ever spent

[BTW.... ScratchX is $20 a tube... i thought it was a bit to dear....]

result... LOOKS fcking GREAT!!!! :D

great guide...!!!! recommended...
(i'll post up some pics tonight when i have time)

Yeah dont worry folks about the EF's and EL's only having yellowing lights problems as I have seen some Skylines, Supras and Soarers with really bad cases of "yucky" yellow lights.

Looks tops!!!

When I was driving an AU series3 I noticed the high beams created a spread of light that had a 'whisker' formation at the side of the light. I noticed after doing my headlights I was seeing the 'whiskers' when using high beams on the EF now.

I use that as an indicator for how bad peoples headlights are now.
