Just got an email back from Ford:

Thank you for your e-mail to Ford Motor Company of Australia.

The EL Falcon XR Sedan could be ordered from the factory with unique body and styling kit. However this body and styling kit could not be optioned onto the base model.

We hope this information is of some assistance.

The Kit is on my EL Futura. The problem is that my insurance company have put up the premium in the case of an accident by $1000. Basically if i can prove that it has come from the factory then hopefully they will not see it as aftermarket, and the excess will go back to normal. Presently it means that my excess would be around $1700.

Whoever your insured with you should DEFINATELY change.

Ring NRMA, or RACV or whatever the hell their called down in SA or AAMI or something. Tell them you have a EL Futura with a factory Tickford Kit, Tickford Suspension and you bought the car like that and its stock from factory. they will not say anything OR put your excess to something like that, your either doing something wrong or your insurance company is run by a bunch of dimwitted indians.
