Hi guys and I'm sorry if this has been posted before, but how the hell do I get the chrome strips out of the door protection moulds? Cheers

Not sure if this will help at all, but when I had the trims off it looked like they'd be a PITA. I didnt take them out but if I had to I'd probably dremel out the two bits that stick out along the back where the strip slips under the trim (really hard to explain but if you took off the mould and looked at it from the back you might understand). Then once they're out and it has a bit more room to move, possibly give it a hit with a heat gun from the back to loosen it up, and then slowly try push the chrome strip out through the gap.

That's how I would have tried to do it if I could be bothered, but I'm sure someone on here's actually succeeded with it
