Cheaper is better, but rather pay $40 for a super duper set!

the third set wont work as they are just the replacement bulbs for the hid kit so they wont power without the ballast.

the last one looks like the best option, i similar ones in my car.

only thing to be careful of if replacement bulbs for them, i got quoted about $200 for them today because i broke one. and they had to get them in from the supplier, but i got some off ebay for $20 bit still have to wait for them to get shipped

Okay rule one with headlights:
white/blue type lights hinder distance. they look bright, and they are, but in actual fact you will loose distance with a blue tinge bulb as they only run at a higher frequency in the light spectrum.
now a higher wattage is not bad but not worth it. you may melt your lense. someone correct me if they've used them and its fine.
your best off goin down to autobarn and buying a set of X-treme Power bulbs. same wattage as your normal bulb, but they are 80% brighter and have a 25+ meter beam of light. from memory H4's cost $85 and they are fully road legal. if they are too bright, then go for 50% brighter which are the same though they have a 10-20 meter beam and they are $45. hope that helped you or anyone else.
