Hey everyone...

I want to turn my EL FAIRMONT Ghia, into a GT lookalike... i dont wanna do anything internally just yet, i just want to make it look like a GT... do bodykits bolt straight on? CAN you get GT body kits? what price am i looking at... wheels, bodykits ect.... and has anyone got any sources where i could buy these parts?....

Any help would be greatly apreciated...

Thanks..

ford never released the moulds for the Gt bodykit. i think canberrra car styling or awc do the front and rear bars. but AFAIK you cant get the side skirts etc.

a genuiene kit would set you back BIG bucks too

why would you want one? The ELGT is possibly the ugliest falcon ever released, I honestly would prefer to drive an AU forte!
Why don't you just be tasteful and put a tickford kit on? It'll be much cheaper to do that.
I think Marshall is right, don't know anyone selling the skirts, and the genuine one (if you could still get it, and i don't know of any being written off) would be a few grand.

What's so nice about them?
A ridiculous rear bar, over the top rear wing, f**k front grill, stupid bonnet scoop, and poor straight line performance. All the markings of a s**t car, especially for the price.

Never seen an EL GTS R.....
I know there was a GTS R around the same time as the EL GT made by someone else, which blew the doors off it...

The ELGT was the biggest turd and gives a bad name to the word GT. And it shows with the price depreciation i think.

Mate, EL GTs are approaching 40-45000 bucks now. how many other stock E-series falcons can fetch that price?
