hi i am just wondering wht is involved in putting el mirrors and handles onto a eb xr6 or are they direct bolt on. thanks!!

yep sure do. they go straight on. i'm a panel beater myself and i've done this to a couple of cars. :)

quick question i found the mirrors to go streight on but the plugs are different so can the wires be soldered to the original ones or not?

i changed the mirrors on my old eb to the el ones and the mirrors fit but you will have to drill one hole in the door for the front screw ..
and i just cut and soldered the eb plugs on the el mirrors..

and i got ef handles on my ea and the handles fit straight on ...

it all just bolts on the same as the standard part

TROYMAN is right a extra hole has to be drilled at the front of the door and the weather strip has to be changed to a EF or EL one, i've just done this on my wagon,havn't done the wiring yet tho.

what about the EL door trims?
Does anyone know if they line up with know hassles in the EA-ED??

i put nl mirrors on my eb, i also put the chrome around the window. was very expensive but worth it

how did you finish the chrome off at the rear of the car (chrome around windows)?
