Okay so I know a few EF Mont owners have added the EL Mont gnarnish addition to their boots. Those that have, can you please post I picture here. Plus how much it cost you and where you got it from. And finally how you went about installing it.

Just want to add something to the back because eventually I'll be chroming my front grill surround and the extra EL Mont bit on the back would be nice to balance the chrome out a bit.

Cheers.

I reckon the grey part of it looks a bit cheesy.

HOWEVER, for those who've put on those horrid Altezza lights, the grey area in the 'monty boot garnish could be just the spot to mount the mandatory red reflectors!

That "F" Fairmont symbol badge (from the boot gnarnish) cost me $10, and they wanted like $300 dollars for the grill surround bit, lol. Though I hope they were listening right and weren't quoting me the gnarnish and number plate surround.

Yeah they are, not sure how they would sit under the Fairmont gnarnish either, fit wise and look wise. My local wrecker wanted about $70 for the one in that ebay ad, but I don't know if it would fit/look right. So decided on my "F" Fairmont badge mod to go ahead instead. 8-)

Ooo, cheap NL Ghia.

The NFs and NLs are not moving because of the cost of fuel to run them and because those for sale have either got a 6 and no gas or an 8 and no gas - only petrol. LPG fitted will increase the sales price.

I stuck the EL fairmont garnish and number plate surround on my ef GLi - easy as to do. I had to drill a couple of holes but was no problem.

Pics in gallery

I paid $50.00 for the both the surround and garnish.

Makes a huge difference, looks so much better with it on the car in my opinion
