Handles are a straight swap if im not mistaken?
Mirrors your going to need to drill in a third hole.

correct handles swap straight over, third hole will need to be drilled use marker pen or bearing blue to mark the hole.

then its beers time for all involved.

Well, it doesn't appear to be there :?
On second thought's it must have been in BuNtEr's build thread, but after a recent round of BuNtEr bashing, it appears the thread has been deleted :(
Best bet would be to PM BenJ, as I'm certain he did up a doco on where to drill the holes and fit the mirrors.
Cheers,
Mick

Yep, that is the one.

And there is more to it than drilling just one hole. You need to file out the others, and rewire your mirror control switch etc.

The doco covers it all.

BenJ
