looks neater with it on, hides everything Nah not really. I just like to show that dizzy with pride, lol. I can put mine on no worries (see pics of engine in gallery).... but I'm always fiddling with stuff under the bonnet. i.e. cant be stuffed removing cover to check leads, vac lines etc.
