im finally getting round to welding a chrome tip on my ED, but not sure which tip will look the best
i was thinking of maybe a twin 2.5" dump tip but im undecided on whether or not it will look silly

just after a bit of advice and maybe a few pics
cheers

im not sure if you could fit 2 x 2 1/2" tips neatly in the ed bumper??

i got a 3 1/4" dump tip on my ed and fills the bumper arch nicely...

how much clearance is there around the bumper? by the looks of it youll have a melted rear end in no time

campbell18 ! i'm not being rude here but for your own safety please carry a fire extinguisher with ya for a few days!! just in case !!
it doesn't look like you could put a pubic hair between the exhaust tip and ya rear bumper.
wouldn't you not get some tapping of the exhaust on the bumper everytime you reved it or went over a bump.just seems very tightly packed in.

haha yeh it is a tad tight
got about 3mm either side
the only time it hits the bumper is if i have it in "drive" whilst sitting at a set of lights
apart from that its pretty sweet, i might even get a sharp Stanley knife and just trim another couple of mm off the bumper

Open it up a bit more before you ruin your rear bar. By the way tips look good.

id cut at least 10mm each side for clearance, be on the safe side

well its supposed to stick straight out

as its already curved, any more angle on the tips then you would only see the top of the pipe, and that would look like a**

tip would look pretty silly if you dumped it any further mate
the pics dont quite give it justice but the pipes are angled quite a bit
