soon within the next 2 or 3 weeks, ill be upgrading my entire exhaust sytem, with pacemaker extractors, high flow cat, 2.5" redback exhaust with a hot dog muffler, and i was wondering what kinda tip i could have on there, does any 1 here have pics of exhaust tips on there ef/el sedan. i prefer twin exaust tips, i was wondering if a 3.5" twin exhaust tip fit back tehre, or even a twin 3" exhaust tip?

dont go the hotdog.

Just go the pacies, high flow cat, 2.5 inch catback without a rear muffler and have a twin dumpy. PM private9 (justin) for pics of the one on the car he is wrecking.

On ef/el twin stainless dump pipes look great. There was a guy that got some on here a few weeks back and it looked unreal.

forget about the hotdog and have a 2n1/2 dumper in front of your diff, you wont regret it, sounds tough and looks better, imo exhausts look s**t, tips are glorified s**t, if i remove my dumper i put on a 2n1/2 mandrel straight through pipe which sits high and points down just shy of the rear bar so it still cannot be seen, nice and clean and no ugly pipe to be seen. and no it doesn't drone through the car, sounds sweet and tuff, i'm not sure of the legal side but some say it's legal and some say not, both qld transport and qld police have pulled it over and only been concerned about the height.

im not sure about having a stright thru pipe, i dont want the car to be annoyingly noisy, just when i put my foot down, i want it to be heard.
has no 1 here fitted twin 3" tips on there car before, its wat im really leaning towards, i wreckon it wood look hot, if the 3" isnt a fit, what could i do to make it fit?
as for dump pipes, to me they dont look as nice. i like the look of the square looking exhaust tips

this is a pic of teh twin 3.5" tip i wanted
Image
the 3" one is the same, but isnt rolled at the end

Most exhaust places will sell them, or some auto stores will have them too.

big bell thats pretty cool, but not really what i had in mind.
glenn they are also pretty cool, but i dont have xr kit on my car, and i seriously could not picture them on my car without having a xr rear skirt on.
el xr8 they look sweet, could you find out what diameter they are, i would most likely get a tip like that, i really hope i could fit sum 3" ones.

also, does any 1 have other exhaust tips, like the squarish ones, ovals, twin squares etc

I HAVE A 3.5" TIP ON MY 2.5" ZORST AND IT LOOKS HUGE. I CAN ONLY GET AWAY WITH IT CAUSE THE FAIRLANE HIDES IT UNDER THE BODYKIT AND BOOT OVERHANG
