For the front and rear windscreens, any windscreen place can either replace them with genuine rubber, or generic universal stuff which often looks smoother anyway. It is a window out job though, so there is a fair chance the front/rear windscreens will break, and then you'll be up for new windows.

The rear 1/4 windows are quite difficult to get out, and I don't believe you can get new rubbers for these without buying a whole new window (about $200 each installed I've read elsewhere).

The 4 main door rubbers are very easy to get out, but not sure if you can get them new.

My rear quarter window rubbers on my ef were badly weathered. I gently sanded the rubber till it was reasonably smooth, the paint with several think coats of acrylic primer and the with flat black acrylic. ( pressure packs) So for $20 dollars they have come up a treat.
