Firstly, I know there have been a few thread on this, but everyone has different needs/ideas, me included, lol.

So here's the thing, tomorrow I want to get everything I need to finallyyy hook up my Fairlane cornering lamps. Thing is I don't have the loom thing (but I'll be getting those tomorrow).

I want a very simple hook up, and I just want them on always, no switch, with whenever any light (lows, standard, high) are activated.

If I get a loom that has a fair amount of wire on it, is that all I'll need to hook up? What other wiring will I need and is there just 1 wire I need to tap into to getting it working how I want it to work?

What do you mean ?

Maybe Park, Low beam, High Beam.

If you are wiring these up to your park lights without a switch then you will not be able to use park lights for 'parking' without running your battery flat.

You will need to tap into a wire at the back of a headlamp

Brown for park light
Red/black for low beam
Green/Orange for High Beam

Using the brown wire will turn them on with every light.

I wouldn't use a factory loom,

What kind of fuse? And I'll need a soldering iron I guess?

O and tap directly into the battery or where?

i'd say you'll need a 30amp fuse? :p.

shouldnt need a soldering iron, might be easier to just use spade/crimp terminals

You can get a relay with a fuse built into it.

You can get you main power from the battery or do as I did and get it from the large wire (white or yellow, can't remember) which is under the thermo fan relays in front of the air box.

A soldering iron is better, however crimp terminals will do the job.
