Does anyone want to shed some light onto how the darn things fit?

Ive spent an hour trying to figure out how to get the thing on but i gave up.

Where the hell do you fit the metal clips?

Will the weathershield stay in place with only the glue? or does it depend on the clips also?

thanks

it depends which one you bought,
i went to repco and got a set with the tape and they fitted perfectly. i would wind the window prep it and see if you need the clips.

put two on the car today. those aunger ones with the sticky tape, like what Lumpy_camo said. And they fitted a treat. the clips are the fiddly bit though, and only put the front one in as the tape seems very strong

yeh it was the front clip, the one next to the mirror that i put on. just hooked the smaller clip into the rubber channel then put the plastic screw in and seemed to grap and hold so it mustve been right.
The other one that goes in the top corner i couldn't figure out where exactly it hooked in so just left it out. And no, havent got any pics of it atm.

Correct! fitting these is more difficult than sitting through the movie Titanic. How about some strong double sided tape and ditch the clips???? would that work? craps me the clips just fall out.
