Hey guys I'm fitting 18s to my EF very soon and I measured out the size of wheels and tyres to see how they'd go on my car. On the back they'll be fine but on the front I'm worried about intrusion from what looks like the wheel control arm, with the bigger tyres of the 18s (going 205 to 235) I'm worried this might get in the way, or when it sits lower?
Anyone help fill me in?

had the same worry with my xr8 eb, i went from 16" rims to 19" rims and there no difference in diametre, u wont hit that control arm, i even went from 225 to 235 on the front and it still miss's it, with about 5mm to spare, but still miss's, even on full lock. I was told my 19's werent gona fit but i took a gamle, and they did!

p.s i have 235/30/r19 on the front

yeah, just go with the correct tyres and you'll be fine.

235/45/18 or 235/40/18 won't have any issues.

mine aren't on the car yet, they're going on in a couple of weeks when i can afford tyres lol..
I assume you need torque settings for hub adaptors? Mine bolt straight on being an AU, they're already the correct offset. Hey what size tyres did you get? And did you get the 9.5" rears or the 8.5" rears.

345? Go have a look on the tire.. thats very wide. I'm getting 275's on my 9.5's. How come you didn't go the wide pack? I thought it was the same cost.

Rims are on and looking sweet, no problems :D

Will my speedo be out? And where can I get it recalibrated?
