Does anyone have experience refitting an auger rear louvre? One of the clips is still on the rear window and I have the full set of used clips. Should I just buy some double sided tape and try to line up the old clips or should I buy the auger refit set which allows you to line up the louvre with texta dots and the hole in new clips. If I buy the new clips should I buy extras for any I stuff up. Is the texta dot system foolproof? Any help and tips for this task appreciated.

i think you can only buy the hole set not just individuals that was the case when i did mine anyway.

I can buy a set of 9 or 12. I need nine if I use the clip still on the car. Did yours fit ok or do you have a tip for me?

Mine fitted really well easy as. Just got to make sure of your measurements etc and also where your ganna put the clips on your rear window make sure you clean is with meths or something so your clips stick.

Cheers Linzo Yeah I figured I should prime with something like meths. Im still tempted to just buy the double sided tape though. Anyone tried this method?

My mate tried this method and it worked okay but after a bit of use the bottom started to peel and it used to tap the back window at speed it was so annoying

Sounds like the kit contains better adhesive tabs than double sided tape. Ill buy the kit and do it as per instructions. Thanks for your info Linzo.

When i pulled the louvre off of my eb, the tabs were stuck really well! definately the best double sided tape ive seen
