Hey guys I got a boot here with a xr6 wing on it

My Ed xr6 wing is split and I'm Goin to take it off put on the one I just brought.

Just wondering the easiest way to take it off with out damage ?

I would just restart the boot and put it on but It has way too much damage in it.
