in the engine bay in a ed theres a bunch of wires in the engine bay wiring going through the firewall on the left near the heaterbox, can they come out without taking out the dash/heaterbox.

also theres a fuse melted in the interior fusebox in the dash wiring can that be undone and a new one resoldered without taking out the dash
