I've just had a b**ch of a time trying to get rid of the Tickford FPV club of WA sticker from my rear window. The whole thing was f**k hard as, cooked by the sun for years probably. The clear bits of it were the hardest. Scrape the bastard off with a bit of smooth stainless with rounded edges so it doesnt scratch the glass.
I tried doing the soaking method like you do for rego stickers but it didnt work. The rego stickers are all coloured, no clear bits. So they are easy. Used metho to get rid of the glue s**t left behind then I used Rain X. I highly recommend not putting clear stickers on windows and leaving your car in the sun for years. I've got nothing against the Tickford FPV club of WA but those stickers suck. If you put one on your car make sure your a member for life. /End my b**ch session. If anyone has any better ideas or ways to get rid of stickers please post them up. Cheers |

Wouldnt a heat gun f**k up the tinting? yeah probably but a razor blade always works wonders - simple and quick and leave no sticker glue s**t behind!

If you've got tint on the outside go shoot your tinter, if you've got stickers on the inside on your tint, go shoot yourself.

definately razor blade. don't bother stuffing around with any other method, the blade will not scratch glass

i bought a purpose built tool to get stickers off cost me 2 bucks. it looks like a spatular sort of thing but basically its a razor blade with a handle and you just hack the sticker off with that.
works a treat
