Your scared of wrecking the paint by removing them or the after effects of them being removed?

I see where your comming from, but it seems that is the least of your worries if you have the money to throw at it like you do.
Ive been on un-sealed roads, on dirt roads, rocky roads, potholed roads, and all that sort of s**t youd think would f**k the paint, but ive cleaned it away and the paint is fine.
Just a risk you take i suppose. But i can tell you i dont regret taking them off.

Nah mate, its like with rally cars how they get the mud splatters up the side, it just washes off.
Does no harm to the paint work. Like veeate said the car was built to be driven so drive the damn thing. LOL, mate just take em off, and keep the mudflaps, if it starts to damage the paint and your gonna be a little girl about it, put them back on.

Mudflaps themselves do more damage.
When they scrape on speed bumps, gutters etc. they rub and take off paint.
I've got no mudflaps on mine.
Only downside is trying to get all the rubber off my bloody bumper after a night at the drags :P

Yeah see theres 3 of us that have got our mudflaps gone, and none have problems with paint, had mine off since january and had no problems.
And yeah i actually had to take them off when the car got lowered dude to speed humps round here, and when it wasnt lowered the mudflaps would scrape etc.
