Hey all!

I have been thinking about getting one of those lower grilles for my XR6T, but I'm not sure how they look, or if they are good quality.
Has anyone got one or any info on them?
They sell em of Ebay for about $130 for the package deal . . . also suggestions on colour, my car is Mercury Silver

Any ideas?

Cheers

my mate bought a herrod one and the paint started flaking off it and he had to respray it. not sure about the fpv ones though.

as for color i rekon silver or black. any other color would look too ricey eg; blue or pink or something!

The front of the BA looks much better with the lower grille. I bought one and installed one on my dads car, and also bought an XR6 badge to go on it. And it really sets the front end off, my dad loves it. I got the Herrod one.

Yes, I think they are the ones, do they look good leaving the top exising one, or do they look too different?

I saw the Herrod one, but it the Herrod logo on it, is this the one you're talking about, or did you put the XR6 badge over the top?

If I had a BA XR, this would be the first thing I'd do - I think they look great !

Cheers,

Yep bought the one with "HERROD" on it, and stuck the XR6 badge over the top. We got the herrod one on purpose, as it had more area to stick the badge on.

i have seen better ones. the XR 6/8 is actually solid on the mesh, so you can stick the badge on it if you like. its the exact size of the sill badge

Hey thanks,
These look great!
Do you know how to fit them?
Do I have to remove the bumper to do it or can they be fitted without removing the bumper?

Cheers
