hello.. has anyone bothered removing the groove that runs down the side of the E-series? I reckon it would make the car's side view look fresher and less dated.

I reckon it might make the car look plain and very tall rather than low and squat. Just my opinion though

has been someone here do it. i think it did look a little plain though he removed the side mouldings and filled that too.

which groove?
the thin one near the door handles or the one that has the moulds in it?

if your talking about the moulds, blueprint ea has removed them. looks ok but not my personall preference

the one near the door handle looks ok removed
the main think groove for the door moulds when completely flat looks stupid.
doors look far too bare.

was thinking of removing the door moulds.. but then again you might be right about it looking flat and stupid (toyota camry-ish :p).. oh btw.. EFFalcon that BA front bar looks terrific. Howd u manage to fit that on the EF?
