You can't but just the lens, you would have to buy a whole Headlight assembly. Yes they are pricey, sorry I haven't got a price.
There is a doc or post around here somewhere on polishing the lenses. Its usually quite effective

theres a doco on it some where, but try using scratchx polish...
or something like that sand them back a little with the finest sandpaper... and put the scrathx polish on the sandpaper... and yeh buff it too if not $65 off ebay http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... 26213&rd=1

Have faith, you can make a headlight look new again through sanding/polishing. It just you gotta make em worse before you make them better again, and it takes fking ages.
Im currently doing mine, First I sanded with 400 grit wet&dry until it was evenly dull, then 800, and finally 1500. All with Scratch X and then finally buffing the crap out of it with a cloth and more Scratch X and Plexus. So far it looks almost new, and im confident with more buffing it will look new. Previously there was nasty crows feet s**t and it was rough as guts.

It is important to initially remove enough of the crappy surface to make the end result better. When you're sanding, ensure you also sand alternately at 90 degrees so you get a cross hatch sanding pattern - you'll find it won't take as long to reach the finished product. When you pour clean water over the lens, it gives you an idea of the end finish - the water fills the scratches. Conversely, if you wipe dry the lens, it will give you a better indication whether you've removed initially enough of the degraded surface.

I was also finding there was a distinct (yet very thin) film of plastic, which when sanding hard could be seen breaking off in segments revealing an almost new looking surface under it.
