Saw this today,
Fell in love. want some of these skirts on my BA. Don't know what they are or where they came from. thought I'd ask the pros.  Can anyone identify them? cheers Frank |

Yep BF MKII XR sideskirts from my understanding.

Looks like you guys are correct.. I can't believe I'd never noticed them before. found some images on google images... This one is even in my colour (09 lightning strike)   time to see if I can find some on ebay. |

I haven't seen them on Ebay but, that doesn't mean there may not be some come along?

I know a guy that buys BA/BF falcons by the dozen from auctions, will put in an order with him. |

heh... I should offer the guy who's car I had in the photo above to swap side skirts with me if I paint mine to match his car and give him an additional 300 bucks or something.

I've noticed that the LH side skirts are more likely to need replacing after a bingle than the drivers side (presumably because you can see better on your own side of the car and are less likely to get hit on that side).. perhaps Ford had a heap more left hand side ones made to account for this and create better econnomy of scale as a result. I noticed a huge price difference in the plastic speedo cogs where the black 3.45 ones were way cheaper than the other colours due simply to the fact that they sold more of them (so the lady at AMCAP told me) |
