Low is h1 and high is h3 , in Ed,ef, el xr's .

55w may draw too much power and melt wires , be a lot brighter but lol

if you 55w you are a retard...they are waay to bright!

if you install HID's without a projector lens you are also a retard!

None of us are installing them in a non projector headlight.
Sure they are designed for halogen but hids work fine .

lol I used to run HiDs and a 55w as well. They were bright but I had mine angled down quite a lot and didint shine in anyones eyes, the only problem is they didnt shoot to far on the road so ended up being pointless, they were a nice colour tho

Now im rocking some Narva plus 80 halogens, they spread pretty good but are still pretty yellow, I am over it all though so quite happy not having to stuff around with them all the time

Hids are heaps better than standard globes however if you just throw them in your standard lights they will produce alot of glare so you angle them down and then loose the effectiveness of them as phil 545 said . I converted my lights to HID projectors that work very well as long as you have a clear lens (not the ones with lines in them) here is a pic of mine. PS with colour the closest colour to sunlight is 4300 k I use 5000k that has a slight blue tinge and from there 6000k to 12000 k you get more colour but less overall light

ReGiE: Which RX330 projectors are they? AFS or non-AFS? LHD or RHD?
