how the hell do you take the rear bumper off? im sure its easy as al s**t, but im f**k if i know where to start....anyone?

you undo it from in side the boot lift up the carpet theres 4 or 5 bolts in there from memory, you also have to take the plastic off from in the rear tyre well and undo the screw holding it on u should work the rest out from there

and if your taking it out as a whole including the reo, you had better make sure you have some fkn long a*** spanners as the bolts a f**k tight :o

easy as mate as others have said lift the boot carpet there are 4 rubber gromets 2 in each corner there will be 4 bolts 14/15mm cant remember now leave one on each side a couple of threads to support the bar while u remove the to 10 mm on the inside of the rear gaurds the way you access these is by easyiest way is removin the rear wheels and undoin the splash gaurds and mudflaps if fitted and a 1/4 inch ratchet and 10mm short socket once they are removed undo the two bolts thats supportin the bar and just slide it out simple sounds like a bit of work but its quite simple i just done mine to fit a touring car style rear bar :D :lol: :wink:
