Hey Mate,

Easy job, should take 5-10 mins. There are two screws obviously behind the boot lid. But behind the boot garnish there is one threaded rod with a nut on it for each tail light. Undo the nut and the two screws and pull it straight back, bang your done. You dont need to unplug it, just twist the globes and they will fall out.

they are the exact same ones i got mate!! i seen so many of that design but with the normal tail lights (not LED). Your lucky your in NT, ill let that one slide, i haven't seen any falcons with these in Sydney yet :) they are easy as to install, its all the same wiring, just plug and play, but there is a little plastic clip that sits in the corner (bottom right of pic below) of the rear quarter panel, you have to sort of wedge a screw driver gently in there as you pull them out, if you break it (which mine did) they are $7.50 from ford which a rip as the part prolly cost 2 cents from China. You will see the metal pin on the tail light that goes into this clip to see what i am talking about.

ohh awesome that makes more sense.. so this clip.. it's basically there to hold the tail light in place? hah and i need to wedge it with a screw driver to release it? .. hah

yeah it holds the end of the tail light in against the car. the 2 screws obviously do most of the work but the clip holds the rounded part of the light against the car. Yeah you will need to use a small flat head screw driver and be gentle to wedge the light out of the clip.

Just stock induction atm. Once i have done the body kit, the CAI is next on the list so probably a months time i will be installing an ss inductions growler kit. You will find lots of people on here diss you for wasting your money on them as they are pricey but i say if you got the money may as well do it properly. People make their own or install the F6 secondary intake but meh i rather spend the money plus get the nice growl it makes

i made a legal induction growl for 30 bucks, 25 on a cheap, but decent pod filter, then 5 bucks on flute board which i used to make a airbox, the airbox is a temporary design till i get something pre-designed and molded, but hey for 5 bucks it does the trick to keep hot air out of the pod, while making the car legal
