How wide can I go with rims on ef falcon

Hello I'm getting some stockes made I want to try fit 255s or 275s Under it. It's standard height in the back just not sure what offset to get the rims made to so I'm not rubbing. Thanks

275's will fit no problem. With stock height you could probably go even wider.
