Just wanted to know... is it a reoccuring problem with EL's when the right or either one of the indicators blink really fast compared to the normal 'blink speed'

Wat the hell causes it??

the most common reason for this happening is when your rear indicator on the same side does not work.have u checked

and is also defectable, mate passed the pits with the wrong globe in it, blinking extra fast but the guy just told him to replace it.

Then you have the wrong resistance globe in wrong voltage or whatever.
Turn park lights on and check because you have not got an offset pins or something.
I had a similar problem. Even though all lights worked when you turn park lights on and check again it stuffed up.
Get someone to help you check the lights, let them control the lights and you check.
