if i remember correctly the wheel studs are either more tightly grouped or more spread out than early e series. i tried fitting mags from my mates smashed ea onto my old au but the stud pattern was different. im pretty sure the ea, eb and ed were the same size, and ef, el and au were the same as far as stud patterns go, the change happened between the ed and the ef apparently from what my local tyre dude tels me...

The stud pattern has not changed, they are all 5x114.3. The offset changed at AU.
