Set your oven to low, burnt fingers, and maybe cracked lenses (i.e. work on some spares) They're glued on with a goo, that goes soft when warm, idea is to get the whole light assembly warm enough to separate the goo, but without melting the plastic (it's a fine line, do not leave them in the over unattended)
