So having an issue at the moment with tempe tyres, i purchased a set of 17inch and 8inch wide Lenso D1R rims for my ef, and too my anoyance after waiting weeks on the phone for them to order them, they did not end up fitting. The rims fit on the back but sit too far inside the gaurds so im thinking their AU onwards offset and the front ones dont clear the big cap on the hub on the front of the car.
And now the guy who is responsible for sending the rims tells me they ARE the correct rims, and all they need is spacers which are illegal and unneccasary for the right offset rims. He sad if i want a refund i would have to pay freight or fit spacers. So i would like to no, has anybody had a set of these rims fitted to their e-series correctly without spacers. |

With the search I did on Google, the only D1R rims that I could find that would go close were a 17" x 9" with a +4 offset. All 8" were +30 0r more. Deal with Tempe at your own risk.
Demand your money back and if they refuse take them to Fair Trading. |

+6 For E series, +20 is a Mustang offset. Tell him to go f**k himself and check his specs. Any goose in the Tyre Bussiness knows their offsets. He is just s**t you. Demand they pay freight back as well as returning your cash.
