i recently bought new white globes as i couldnt realy see at night. this hasnt help much and made it worst when driving in the rain. i cleaned the lens of the light but still no affect. on the inside of the lens. it looks like there is water drops/ fog on the lens on the inside.. any way to repair this or should i just buy new ones. how much would new ones set me back?

im guessing ur headlights are getting yellow? might need to get the yellow stuff off the lense....there is a doco on here to show u how to do it. if after that it doesnt make it lighter then im guessing the lights are not aligned properly to point in the right direction (vertical and horizontally) or there is something wrong with the wiring causing not enough ccurrent to go to the light bulb to do its job.......just my thoughts

ef/el headlights are known to be pretty bad. you've got a few options.
you can sand em back if they are going yellow, and see if there is any major improvment. otherwise, some guys on here have done xenon conversions. or you could invest in a good pair of driving lights.

they are not yellow. but i cleaned the lights as if they were yellow lights. had little affect. ford wants $270 each light. too much for me. another options. should i take out the lights and open them up and clean the inside?
